MultiTouch is a Windows Program that lets you change the files and folders creation, modification and last access dates in a variety of ways.
You can reset the file/folder dates with the system date, with a specified date and time or with the date of the file stored in another folder.
I wrote this program mainly because I was annoyed that when I rotate or fix a picture just copied from the camera (or the smartphone), the original date gets updated with the system date-time (rightly so!) while I usually want it to keep the time that I took the picture.
In this regards, further on I also added another feature. Now you can set the date and time with the information of the EXIF metadata stored in the file.
Check it out, it’s quite easy to use, and it’s free!
You can download MultiTouch on this page.
